How to Delete your Account
Here's how you can Delete your Account:
Before you begin, make sure you have already Signed-in to your account.|
On the PlayHT website, click on Go to Studio button.
On the left side of your Studio Dashboard, click on Standard Studio.
A new pop-up menu will appear. On the pop-up menu, click on open Standard Studio button.
On the new window, at the bottom-left corner of the Legacy Dashboard, click on the Drop Down arrow next to your name.
A drop down menu will appear, click on Profile button.
Click on Delete Account on the new window.
A new pop-up window will appear. Click on Yes, delete my account
Your account will now be Deleted.
Note: Deleting the account doesn't cancel your subscription. Make sure you cancel your subscription before you delete your account. How to Cancel Subscription
